Youth development in budget limelight
Youth development
Enhanced subsidies for lifelong learning, strengthened care for youth in need, setting up of cyber youth support teams and new kindergarten social work services are among the welcome highlights of today's budget.

While it is rare for any government to satisfy all wants and needs, new measures to support youth services and development are always at the top of the Federation's list. The work of the new Youth Development Commission in particular can be a very positive step, with the promise of funds to give room for upward social mobility and greater opportunities.
