Thinking globally, acting locally |
|
On the 17 November, The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups HKJC School of Global Leadership will be launched. The purpose of the School is to serve as a platform to infuse young leaders with a global perspective, enabling them to see Hong Kong and mainland China in the wider context of international issues and concerns.
The School will have online and offline programmes, both focusing on dialogue, sharing, connecting and networking local young people with their global peers and eminent people from overseas, enabling learning for positive social engagement. The launch begins with the Salzburg Global Seminar featuring speakers who will address economic and social issues over a three-day period.
