Animating Art; Celebrating Creativity
Ten Thousand Galloping Horses, United with One Heart

On 2 April, do not miss the opportunity to see ten thousand colourful horses galloping towards you! This is the result of the amazingly creative artistic talent of thousands of young people who have decorated papier mâché horses inspired by Master Xu Beihong’s famous paintings.

Ten Thousand Galloping Horses, United with One Heart is an art installation and educational project which celebrates art and creativity and in the process will attempt to set a new Guinness World Record.

The horses feature in digital animations created by students of the Hong Kong Design Institute. They ensure that the 3-dimensional animations bring the horses to life, embodying the energy of the beautiful galloping horses with state-of-the-art multimedia technology.

A unique event, not to be missed.
